Accessing Your Live@EDU account for OJT Students
Go to the FHS website (foresthigh.org) and save a copy of the time card (Click on OJT Forms on left) to your computer desktop. (Click SAVE rather than OPEN after clicking on the Time Sheet link.)
To login to your Live@EDU account:
- Go to live.com.
- Your username is your MCPS email account: first.last@marionstudents.net
- Password is the password you use to get on the computers at school. (Mrs. Franco in A169 or Ms. Pohlers in the Media Center can look it up for you if you don’t know it.)
- Once you are logged in, go to the top center of the window and click More and then click SkyDrive.
- On the left side, just above the green My Documents title, click Add files.
- You can then click the New Folder icon and create an OJT folder. (Note: The My Documents folder here refers to the My Documents folder on the SkyDrive, not the one on your computer.)
- Resize the window so you can see a portion of your computer desktop.
- Click and drag the OJT Time Sheet file from the desktop to the Drop Documents Here box in the SkyDrive window.
- Click the Continue button.
- When you place your mouse (without clicking) on the filename, you will get some choices.
- Select either Edit in Browser or Open in Excel.
This should allow you to complete and save your timesheet. If you save it on their SkyDrive, you can just login at school to print (if you are not printing at home.)
