Forest High School facilities (auditorium, cafeteria) are available for use by FHS faculty and staff* on a first-come, first-served basis.

Facilities are available from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm on teacher contract days.

Request Form

If you are interested in using the facilities:

1. Check availability of the facility on the facilities calendar. (Scroll down for instructions.)
2. Obtain a Facilities Request Form (green) from the Teachers' Work Room and submit to Jan Jo Merians for processing. Mrs. Merians will contact you once your request has been processed.
3. Please contact Mrs. Merians via email or by phone at x58605 for questions.

*Please Note: The facility is not available for use by organizations outside the Marion County Public School system.

You may check availability for the dates you are requesting by viewing our Facilities calendar in the MCPS Outlook Public Folders.

Here's how:

1. Login to MCPS Outlook.

2. On the left side, click Public Folders.
   
   

3. Click High Schools.

4. Click Forest.
