Forest High School facilities (auditorium, cafeteria, media center, classrooms, and computer labs) are available for use by MCPS departments* on a first-come, first-served basis.

Facilities may be available from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm on teacher contract days, when not in use by Forest High School.

Request Form

If you are interested in using the facilities,

1. Check the facilities calendar for availability. (See below for instructions.)
2. Complete the form below and email to Denise Vitale for processing. Mrs. Merians will contact you once your request has been processed.

*Please Note: The facility is not available for use by organizations outside the Marion County Public School system.

Facilities Availability

You may check availability for the dates you are requesting by viewing our Facilities calendar in the MCPS Outlook Public Folders.

Here's how:

1. Login to MCPS Outlook.

2. On the left side, click Public Folders.
   
   

3. Click High Schools.

4. Click Forest.

5. Click Facilities.
