New Student Registration Application Process for 2013-2014 School Year

Registration for the 2013-2014 school year will begin May 20, 2013. Please contact the FHS registrar, Karen Ward, with any questions. Registration forms can be downloaded from this website.

Student records can be sent to the attention of Karen Ward, Registrar at Forest High School, 5000 SE Maricamp Road, Ocala, FL 34480.

Registration applications will be accepted and processed:

May 20th through June 7th Monday-Friday, from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00.
June 10th though June 20th Monday-Thursday from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00.
Tuesdays: June 25th and July 2nd, 9th, & 16th from 9:00-2:00.
July 29th though August 8th Monday-Thursday from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00.
On August 12th we will resume the regular registration schedule of Monday – Friday from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00

If you are currently enrolled in one of Forest High Schools’ feeder middle schools and are zoned for Forest, you do not need to fill out this registration form. All others must complete the registration process.

Applications must be printed and submitted in person. FHS does not offer online registration at this time.

Please bring the New Student Registration Packet with the other items that are listed on the first page of the registration packet to the FHS Guidance Office. In order to expedite the registration process, please make sure you have everything that is required when you come to register.
