Forest High School Guidance

Registrations for the 2011-2012 school year will begin May 3rd. Please contact the FHS registrar, Karen Ward, with any questions. Registration forms can be downloaded from this website.

Registration applications will be accepted and processed:

May 3rd through June 10th Monday-Friday, from 8:00–12:00 and 1:00-3:00.
June 13th through June 23rd Monday-Thursday from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00.
Wednesdays: June 29th, July 6th and July 27th from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00.
August 2nd through August 18th Monday-Thursday from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00.
On August 22nd (1st day of school) we will resume the regular registration schedule of Monday - Friday, from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00.

If you are currently enrolled in one of Forest High School's feeder middle schools and are zoned for Forest, you do not need to fill out this registration form. All others must complete the complete registration process.

Applications must be printed and submitted in person. FHS does not offer online registration at this time.

Please bring the New Student Registration Application with the other items that are listed on the first page of the registration packet to the FHS Guidance office. In order to expedite the registration process, please make sure you have everything that is required when you come to register.
